Property Manager Darcy will be your host during your stay. Thank you for choosing Pirates Den Resort Villas, we appreciate you choosing to stay with us. Upon your arrival, please check in at Sundance RV Resort Registration Office located at 1201 Parker Dam Road, Earp, CA 92242
(760-663-0016) to register and pick up your keys. Our staff look forward to your arrival. Sundance RV Resort registration office hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Arizona Time. If you are arriving after 5:00 pm please call to arrange for your villa to be unlocked.
If you are bringing a PWC or boat, villa guests have a courtesy dock for loading and unloading equipment and passengers. We ask that you keep your loading to a maximum of 25 minutes. The launch ramp is a 2 min drive going left from Sundance RV Resort’s entrance to Rock House.
Please do not remove or relocate any buoys in front of the villas.
All villas are individually owned so, please do not take items from one villa to another villa.
We ask all guests to be considerate of others and keep music and noise levels down during the day and especially after our 10 p.m., our quiet time. NO parties/events allowed inside or on the beach of the villas. Maximum total number of people per villa is 6 with an allowance of 2 additional guest visiting. Day visitors must leave the villa area by 10:00PM. Guest exceeding the maximum guests allowed will be Fined and immediately removed from Villa with no Refund.
All villas have their own private beach area, the parameter of which is directly in front of each villa from fence to fence. A/C is not to be set below 72 degrees in the heat of the summer as the unit will ice up and disable itself for over an hour. If you have any issues with the A/C, please contact the front desk immediately at 760-663-0016. Please take all trash to the dumpsters located in the front of the villas next to the Club House/Recreation Room. DO NOT leave TRASH outside due to critters in the vicinity. Also, please do not place garbage bags on concrete or decking as this can stain the concrete or deck. Smoking is not allowed in or around the villa/cabana area. All cigarette butts, trash etc. are to be picked up daily from your beach area. One of the best features of our villas is the white sandy beach. Please do your part to help keep it this way for all guests and owners. We try our best to keep the outside BBQ patios cleaned after each guest, but mother nature may send a little wind our way and make the patios dusty. If they need cleaning, please do not hesitate to call or stop by the office and one of our maintenance crew will freshen up the area. Our sister resort: Pirates Den across the river has a beach bar and restaurant. The restaurant is open 7 days a week and serves lunch, appetizers, and dinner specials. They also serve breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Outlaws is open Friday and Saturday’s, extended hours on Holiday.
***Wi-Fi password for Sundance Guests: Sundance1201. There is only one provider in our remote area therefore wi-fi can be sporadic, it is not guaranteed and has limited bandwidth. You are welcome to use the reliable wi-fi that is hardwired inside the Outlaw Saloon next to our registration office for business or schoolwork. In case of any issues, you need supplies i.e., propane, toilet paper, dish soap, towels etc. please come see us at the front office immediately. No Pets allowed in any of the Villas! if you have brought your pet during your stay, you will be fined $500.00. Please do not CHARGE YOUR CAR AT ANY VILLAS, THIS WILL SHUT POWER OFF AND A/C, the Villas limited on power.
